• If you have never used retinol or retinal before, apply it every other night for the first two weeks. Apply a small amount to the affected areas. If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency and use a moisturizer containing soothing ingredients. Retinal may cause slight yellowing of the skin after application. Take an adequate amount of product and apply it all over the face with circular movements until completely absorbed.

For the first two weeks, apply a small amount, about 2mm, to the affected areas (e.g., nasolabial wrinkles, forehead wrinkles, etc.) every other evening.

From the third week onwards, if there are no side effects, increase the amount to 4 mm, continuing to apply it every other evening, and from the fourth week onwards, apply it every evening.

How to use:

1. Introduce retinol gradually, starting with once a week for at least two weeks. If your skin reacts well, you can increase to twice a week and gradually increase the frequency. We recommend not using it every day.

3. Only use it in your evening skincare routine and always apply sunscreen the following day, as your skin will be more sensitive to harmful sun rays.

4. If you are a beginner, use the “sandwich” method by applying: first the moisturizer/hydrating and strengthening serum, then the retinol cream, and finally the moisturizer again.

5. Always avoid applying the product around the eyes and mouth. Always protect these more sensitive areas of your face by applying an eye cream first.

6. Absolutely avoid using retinol in the same skincare routine with any type of exfoliant, acids, or peels such as AHAs, BHAs, and PHAs. It is also highly inadvisable to use it together with vitamin C. These combinations can cause excessive skin sensitivity, irritation, and redness.

7. Do NOT use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
