All orders are dispatched from warehouses located within the European Union.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times

  • Italy (Milan): same-day delivery, where available

  • Italy (other cities): 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.
